Ingredients
- 1 Cup fresh Ginger
- 1/2 Cup fresh Turmeric
- 1 Litre Coconut Water
- 1 Lime or Lemon
- 1 swirl of Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Blend and strain. Some people prefer not to strain this blend and you can also juice the ingredients, then add the coconut water later. Give it a go !!!
