Cancellation Policy

At Naturemedies, I understand that life can change unexpectedly, and I will always do my best to accommodate where possible.

Each appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a solo practitioner, late changes or missed appointments mean that this time cannot be offered to another client.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within this time, or missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee.

Thank you for understanding by respecting this time and helping me provide consistent, quality care to all clients. Please note that this policy is applied to all appointments and fees will be charged accordingly.
