Smoothies are perfect for cooling and soothing the body. For the mango lovers of this world this one is for you.

Soothing Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 - 2 cups frozen mango organic
- 1 1/2 fresh banana
- Some big spoonfuls natural yoghurt or Kaffir or for a coconut feel some yummy coconut yoghurt.
- 1 Tbsp of Metagenics Collagen powder optional - see notes
Instructions
- Simply put all of this in a blender and blend it up. You might have to wait a little for the frozen mango to thaw a bit before you blitz.
- Top your smoothie bowl with any fruits to make it look pretty and add extra nutritional benefits.
- Remember, all the different colours mean different nutrients. Blueberries, raspberries, lots of extra fresh mango, sprinkles of dried coconut, toasted muesli, nuts or cocoa nibs.
Notes
Collagen - this is optional and I often forget but it has a lovely vanilla flavour and fantastic for some added protein. Great for skin, hair, joints & digestive health. This is great if you want to start working on microbiome health & recovery.
